Meet your Inner Saboteur Workshop

This is a playful art-based workshop for creative people, by coach Helen Jane Campbell & artist jdwoof (aka Jo Wood). Using art & coaching techniques, we'll discover & explore our inner saboteurs. No experience is necessary.

What to expect:

- Welcome, grounding & intention-setting, refreshments

- Discussion / ideas & techniques / sharing circle (optional)

- Practical workshop, art materials provided (there is no set outcome, it will be exploratory & spacious)

- Closing circle
