About

After many years working as accountants we have opted for a career change that is hopefully for the better. We have always enjoyed puzzling but put simply we were getting bored with the existing jigsaw puzzle styles out there in the marketplace.

We are very fortunate to live in such a vibrant city with many talented and interesting people on our very doorstep . We have partnered with local artists to introduce unique, contemporary and street art styles of jigsaw puzzles. It is our vision to showcase our artists talents and provide a fun and affordable way for you to enjoy them.

We have also taken the time to share with you our artists journeys so far and to give you some insight into the wonderful human beings that they are. We are very proud of our warm, accepting and inclusive community here in Brighton.

Web links are provided so that you can purchase other artwork from the artists directly.

Thank you for joining us and supporting our project we hope you love the artwork and puzzles as much as we do.

Our jigsaw puzzles can be enjoyed at our independent three-storey coffee shop and puzzle peace cafe now open at 27 New Road, Brighton, BN1 1UG

Puzzle Bored was created in 2023. We are both qualified accountants with many years of experience but made the decision to reduce stress levels and change our lives for the better.

We both enjoy puzzling in our spare time and enjoy modern art. Put simply we were getting bored of the existing jigsaw puzzles out there in the marketplace and are therefore attempting to brighten up the industry.

We are very fortunate to live in such a vibrant city with very talented and interesting people on our very doorstep.

It is our vision to showcase our artists talents and provide a fun and affordable way in which to enjoy it. We have partnered with our local artists who receive a percentage of the sales and cross promotion.

We have also taken the time to share with you our artists journey so far and hopefully give you some insight into the artist as a wonderful human being as we are very proud of our warm, accepting and inclusive community.

We have provided links to the artists own websites for you to purchase artwork from them directly.

Denise has had her own personal journey with an ADHD diagnosis at aged 39 and we are hoping to raise awareness and support local mental health groups along the way.

Coming soon - Our plan is to open a retail unit in Brighton selling our jigsaw puzzles with an onsite low sensory, quiet space cafe to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Brighton life.

Thank you for joining us and supporting our project we hope you love the artwork and puzzles as much as we do.
