'Vision Bored' Workshop on Thursday 28th August from 6pm to 7.30pm
Got a busy brain and no idea what your future holds?Juggling big dreams, ambitious plans - but struggling to get started? If you’ve ever used planners, diaries, or endless alarms... only to forget they exist, you’re not alone.Led by Donna - an Accredited ADHD Works Coach. This workshop uses specialist coaching techniques to help you:
- Get clear on your personal goals
- Identify your strengths and saboteurs
- Design a visual board that reflects your unique future!
Why Vision Bored? Neuroscience shows that vision boards can “prime” your brain to take small, consistent steps toward your goals - without you even noticing. And if you're neurodivergent (like around 20 per cent of us are), you might experienceobject impermanence - meaning, if it’s not in sight, it’s often out of mind. That’s why having a visual reminder you love can make a huge difference.Even better? Led by Donna, you'll be creating it in a small, supportive group - with like-minded people whounderstand.
